Dear Chocolatier,

I’m ChocoChipBiscuit and this is my first time participating in this exchange and I'm super excited! Thank you for taking the time to read my letter, I’m sure I’ll enjoy whatever you write. I’m happy with any rating from gen to explicit, so even though I’ve included some smut prompts, please don’t feel obligated to write anything you’re uncomfortable with!

I prefer to have happy and hopeful endings for everyone involved. A little bit of angst and pining and all can be fun, but I want to know everyone ends up happy! Also, trans characters and headcanons are 100% approved, but not necessary!

I am happy with about anything for the ships listed, but also included prompts. :) Obviously I’m not expecting you to go through every bullet point I list, but hopefully these are enough ideas to jumpstart something!

Dishonored: It’s such an atmospheric game, and I love the overriding emphasis on choice and destiny and the way people try to live their lives despite there being unseen forces beyond their control. All of Dunwall (and the Empire, tbh) is shaped off blood and bone and sacrifice on some level, and because of that I’m especially drawn to stories where the characters are carving their own safe spaces and quiet moments against all the turmoil. I generally prefer a low-chaos version of canon.

Breanna Ashworth/Delilah Copperspoon

They might be bad, bad women but they also make me gasp because I love them. They share such history and sense of injustice about how the world’s treated them, and while Delilah may not repay Breanna’s utter devotion I do think there’s a lot of emotional room to explore there. I also admit this pairing is my exception to my usual “I want fluff and everyone to end up happily ever after!!!” wishes, since the best they can end up is “happily for now” or bittersweet.

• I’d love to read something about their early years, their first meetings and the nights spent in graveyards, discussing art and literature and magic. I really love stuff that picks up on the darker themes in fairytales, and think it would be really appropriate for them.
• Delilah doesn’t like needing people or admitting that she ever needs help, but maybe some sort of sick-fic or hurt/comfort where Delilah needs some tender care, and Breanna is the only one she trusts enough to do it?
• Or if you want to go straight up smutty, Delilah painting Breanna like one of her French girls. *cough cough* (extra optional bonus if you work in tentacles or restraint because what else would a couple hot witches do with blood briars!!!)

Cecelia/Lizzy Stride

I feel like poor Cecelia deserved so much better from just about everybody, while Lizzy has had to fight and steal for every scrap she’s ever had. I would really love to explore their relationship in a low-chaos game, contrasting the timid and beaten-down Cecelia to the wild and fearless Lizzy, and maybe learning from one another. Maybe Lizzy learns mercy, maybe Cecelia learns to fight, or maybe any other prompt you please!

• Through a series of unfortunate events, Cecelia ends up stowed away on Lizzy’s ship, and Lizzy decides to take the frightened woman under her wing.
• Cecelia fled the Loyalists, and decided she was never going to let herself be that small, weak, or disposable ever again. When confronted by the Hatters, she tries to bluff her way out— and then? She succeeds, and Lizzy’s been watching long enough to be impressed? She hilariously fails, and Lizzy swoops in to the rescue because she likes the sheer cheek of Cecelia trying to fast-talk her way out of a mugging?
• Cecelia’s never been out of Dunwall in her life, but is intrigued (and horrified) by Lizzy’s sea-stories and tales from the Pandyssian continent. Lizzy’s never had the gentler sort of nursery rhymes and songs that Cecelia grew up with, and they spend long nights exchanging little scraps and stories and growing closer together.
• Lizzy doesn’t trust doctors, doesn’t want anyone seeing her injured or weak, and Cecelia is the only one she’ll trust to tend her wounds.

Alexandria Hypatia/Billie Lurk | Meagan Foster

I love how Hypatia just tries so hard to do the right thing, she is so hard-working and diligent and altruistic and carries such guilt and exhaustion from recovering from Grim Alex. I feel like she and Billie/Meagan have struck up such a great camaraderie during their time on the Dreadful Wale, because of course Meagan knows what it means to carry guilt, to wonder at what point who you are is defined by what you do, if your choices can change who you are, how dreams can haunt your waking days.

• Perhaps they spend time drinking tea together, sweet and milky as Meagan fights to make the good doctor let someone take care of her for once.
• Billie could be mourning Deirdre, feeling guilty and wondering if her new feelings for Hypatia means that she’s forgetting her first love, or if Deirdre would be happy now that she’s finally opening up again. Plus work in some identity crisis as Meagan wonders whether it’s fair to love someone without telling them about her past as Billie.
• Meagan hunting for classical music audiographs as a surprise gift for Hypatia, and perhaps having a small waltz aboard the ship?

Lizzy Stride/Slackjaw

I fully admit I have no rhyme or reason beyond the fact that they’re both bad gang leaders and I think they’re hot. Maybe they end up back-to-back badasses in a bar fight, then escape? Maybe they’ve both targeted the same insufferable noble and have broken into the mansion at the same time? Set-up is up to you, or maybe it’s already an established relationship, but I would love to see some smut for this! My faves for this particular pairing are:

• Slackjaw might be a bad man but GOSH he treats his partners right. Full-on body worship for Lizzy, with oral sex and massage. Treating her nice is the biggest treat for him, and he does this without any expectation of reciprocation.
• Slackjaw bent over and Lizzy pegging him hard enough to make the walls rattle, the boat rock! Lots of noise, creative curses, and afterwards laughing and swearing as they clean up the mess. Or maybe just collapse in a happy sweaty heap.
• Lizzy likes to be on top, to pin down or tie up her partner. Slackjaw’s pretty damn careful about who he trusts and who he’ll submit to, but he’ll choose Lizzy every time.
• Bonus for Lizzy (lovingly) mocking his garish pants. :P

Dragon Age: I mostly love this setting for its characters, their dynamics and banter and how at its best, we get to see them grow or change according to circumstance. I love them for how whole they feel, their weight and lives and histories beyond whatever interactions the PC might have with them. I prefer pro-mage runs and female or nb PCs (Warden, Hawke, Inquisitor).

Cremisius "Krem" Aclassi/Josephine Montilyet

Krem is very handsome and charming and Josephine is gorgeous and charming and I think they would be utterly charming together! I love the idea that a ‘simple’ mercenary would be able to knowledgeably discuss fashion and tailoring with the noble ambassador, and Josephine’s whole romance route is such romantic fairytale goodness (assassins! Intrigue! Duels! The triumph of True Love over arranged marriages!) that I just want to fold Krem right into that.

• I would love a lot of classic noble gestures, like Krem helping her across a muddy puddle (either playing it straight by putting his cloak over it, or tongue-in-cheek by helping her around it or simply carrying her over it), asking for a handkerchief as a token of her favor before a duel, or presenting her with a bouquet of flowers and soppy poetry. Basically, all the fairytale princess romance tropes!
• That duel with the terrible fiancee??? Yes please! Especially if you can work in the Chargers cheering Krem on, yelling rude things, or otherwise showing their support for their favorite lieutenant!!!
• Heck, just go full fairytale!!! Gimme a Thedas fairytale with Josephine as a princess in a tower and Krem’s the heroic rescuer, or maybe Krem sneaks into a fancy dress party to dance with the princess but has to leave before his coach turns back into a pumpkin! The sky’s the limit here! (Though if you do pick a story with a fairy godmother, please please please let it be Bull for Krem and/or Leliana for Josephine.)

Isabela/Aveline Vallen

I love their prickly antagonism and the ways in which they show their affection even if/when they clash. They’ve had very different experiences which have shaped who they are and I love when that’s validated, and their different outlooks and opinions are reflections of that, of all the choices and the circumstances that have led to who they are and I love when that’s honored and reflected. I’d rather not have hate-sex for them or a one night stand or anything where it’s presented as a dare or a bet, but instead where they realize that they have a lot of simmering sexual tension on top of (or under?) their barbed words, and how they will always have each other’s backs even when they’re at each other’s throats. I would prefer the fic to be kind to Donnic, even if he’s not included.

• After they both betray Hawke in the Fade, maybe they sit down and talk it out? Isabela can’t resist taunting Aveline about how they’re both selfish after all, and then is surprised when Aveline actually agrees?
• Every time Isabela visits Aveline, she INSISTS on not knocking. Please give me shenanigans as she sneaks in through the window, picks the lock (“Really should have bought better locks, big girl!”), or otherwise surprises and exasperates Aveline!
• Isabela isn’t used to being able to trust others to watch out for her in a fight, so maybe she’s shocked when Aveline deliberately takes a hit that was meant for her? Especially if Aveline gets injured! Isabela is absolutely stunned, and while caring comes awkwardly to her, she tries her best while Aveline recovers.

Isabela/Merrill

I love these two, I love every single one of their banters, I love how Isabela calls her ‘kitten’ and Merill’s starry-eyed at Isabela’s stories, and how Isabela carefully tailors them to give only the best and brightest bits of her colorful history. I absolutely adore them in any and all contexts, either as BFFs or datemates. They just!!! Merrill always seems to bring out the best in Isabela, a generosity and warmth that surprises even Isabela. I always feel like they have each other’s backs. Plus Merrill is so bright and smart and can be absolutely terrifying and dangerous and I feel like Isabela recognizes and respects that part of Merrill too. I just want my two fave ladies interacting, gosh. Gimme all the warm fuzzies.

• I'd love something sweet and warm set during DA2, with Isabela teaching Merrill cards or Merrill serving tea and dessert at her home. Or Isabela and Merrill playing dress-up with ridiculous hats? (Or if you want to go a little more explicit, admiring hidden tattoos and piercings?) Whatever it is, I want to know they're 100% there for each other and have a warm, established dynamic.
• What do Isabela and Merrill do in the years between DA2 and Inquisition? Does Isabela go on the run and take Merrill with her? Does Merrill refuse, staying with the alienage and making Isabela promise to return when she can? Do they exchange letters or mementoes?
• If you choose to write smut, I see Merrill as a very gentle top, and a lot of her ‘orders’ are things like “I would like if you spanked me!” and Isabela happily obliging. Bonus points for Isabela using or teaching Merrill ropework!

Josephine Montilyet/Vivienne

Two elegant, well-dressed women used to navigating high society??? Well, sign me up! I see a genuine enjoyment of one another’s company, especially with Vivienne appreciating someone else who appreciates the finer things in life and understands the nuances of status and style, and Josephine having little opportunity to match wits with someone else who understands the intricacies of the Game in Skyhold.

• Tea, cakes, and cordial gossip about the goings-on of nobility or the Inquisitor’s companions?
• Perhaps Josephine admires Vivienne’s grace on the practice field, and Vivienne points out that elegance and economy of motion aren’t restricted to a dance floor? (Plus bonus if Vivienne then takes Josephine dancing!)
• A wonderful shared spa day, with soaks and massages and sweet fruity drinks!

Lace Harding/Josephine Montilyet

Look, Josephine sent Harding flowers and if that’s not reason enough to ship them then I don’t know what is!

• Perhaps Lace follows up on the flowers by giving Josephine a bouquet of her own, or inviting her to dinner?
• Josephine is not used to being called ‘tall,’ but is utterly charmed when Lace says it!!!
• Again, anything where we get to incorporate the duel with Lord Otranto! Harding has never dueled and has no idea what to do, but she gets training and assistance from her fellow scouts, maybe even from the Chargers, and tries her flustered best to prove that love conquers all!
• Meeting the family! I’d love to see Lace meet the entire Montilyet clan and rising magnificently to the occasion, or for Josephine to meet the Harding family and discover that HEY apparently she’s not the first non-dwarf to marry in! (Extra points for a Tal-Vashoth in-law!)

Leliana/Morrigan

They have three games worth of history and exploits, paths twining and intersecting in unexpected ways, and I think they could have some fascinating stories. Plus just… I love them, I love how we get the chance to see them grow and change over the course of the different games, would love to see them recognize those changes in one another and be able to hold one another up as mirrors, recognizing the choices they have made. They always had that tension in Origins, but in a shifting world they’re also one of the few points of familiarity by Inquisition.

• Maybe a hardened Leliana realizes that Marjolaine was part of a trend, part of her own attraction to Dark Troubled Women, but at least Morrigan is always honest in her own way. Some simmer, some tension, maybe some rough pushing up against a tree in the middle of the forest and harsh words and grinding, then it becomes an ongoing thing with Morrigan. Nothing like killing a woman’s mother or her ex-lover for her to spark a flame, right?
• Maybe something softer, Leliana and Morrigan reuniting at Halamshiral during Inquisition and catching up on all the missing years, regrets and well-wishes and a desire not to waste any more time, and instead to pursue who they’ve really wanted all along.
• What if Morrigan had given Leliana her ring during Origins, and they kept in touch through letters and chance meetings during all that time after? I’m imagining Leliana recognizing that despite her barbs, Morrigan’s really been quite sheltered, all her prickliness a way of masking her own uncertainty, and Leliana recognizes that from her own first years as a bard. Morrigan likes lovely things, and Leliana gives her jewelry, dainty sweets from the market, and otherwise tries (gently) to show her that there’s a whole world beyond Flemeth’s swamp.
• If you want to go straight-up smut, Morrigan and Leliana could probably have a lot of fun with magic during sex. *cough cough*

Sigrun/Velanna

My fave babes from Awakening!!!! I really love their contrasting personalities, and how in their own ways, they’re both people used to being outcast (Sigrun for being casteless, Velanna for her exile) but have still thrown themselves full-heartedly into defending the people they have sworn to protect. Plus they’re both outsiders to human society, and I think they would have a lot of common ground over mocking nobility.

• Velanna is startled by how new everything is to Sigrun, and finds herself teaching Sigrun the names of different plants, or marking the constellations for her.
• When Velanna has trouble thinking of how to write her Dalish stories, she practices by telling them to Sigrun.
• They’re at a party, and Velanna won’t dance. She keeps insisting that it’s stupid, it’s frivolous, she has no desire to dance… and then Sigrun finds that Velanna actually doesn’t know how to dance and is afraid of looking foolish. Sigrun teaches her, makes a bigger fool of herself, or just dances in private with her later, maybe. Something adorable. :)
• Bonus points if Velanna uses plant magic for bondage purposes!!!
• Optional: maybe an OT3 with Sigrun/Velanna/Nathaniel?

 

Harry Potter: Gosh, I love this series so much. I love it even when I hate it, when I’m yelling about the worldbuilding or the treatment of magical creatures and werewolves and Muggles and Squibs and that completely irrational moneykeeping system and the whole obsession with blood purity and how the different Houses are more complicated than just “Slytherin = evil” and “Gryffindor = good” and the inherent biases of having a teenage boy as an unreliable narrator!!!

*deep breath*

I mean, what I love most about this series is the use of magic in the mundane, the ongoing themes of love and family and the importance of friendships and community ties, the hope for the future and the idea that people can make terrible decisions but still try to make things right, that redemption is never truly earned but is a process, and that all the characters have lived through at least one war and that’s become their new ‘normal’ in a way that they might never be able to fully let go of but they’re not broken, they’re still finding their way towards a happy ending.

Hermione Granger/Viktor Krum: I love these two!!! Krum was such a gentleman with Hermione, and I love how he gravitated towards this bushy-haired Muggleborn who was completely unimpressed with his celebrity status, despite coming from a school that would never have accepted a Muggleborn student and the fact that he’s competing with her best friend in the Triwizard Tournament. I love how they continue as penpals, how he invites her to visit in the summer, I love how he obviously still carries feelings for her at Fleur’s wedding, I love how Krum obviously has to be clever (top of his school, excellent athlete, multilingual) in order to keep Hermione’s interest, and just! I love them. I do ask that when writing this ship, either Hermione/Ron never happened or Hermione and Ron part on amicable terms. Also, please no smut for this ship.

• What does Krum do during the war? He would be an obvious prize for the Death Eaters to recruit, as a celebrity and a Durmstrang student, so does he take a loud, vocal stand against them and become a lightning rod, or does he work as a double agent? Are there stacks of unsent letters in his trunk, all the things he wishes he could tell Hermione but knows he can’t send?
• Hermione’s setting herself up to become the youngest Minister of Magic, and Krum makes use of his own contacts to help his wife/girlfriend on the way. Plus obviously them dating means a big step in international wizarding relations, right? :P
• Krum rubs Hermione’s shoulders when she’s working too hard (which is always), and listens to her rage about educational reform for Squibs and wizarding child protection services and always, always makes sure that she eats enough to fuel her constant battles against the injustices of the wizarding world
• Just go full sop for me, show me their wedding and them surrounded by friends, family, everyone so goshdang proud and happy for them. Please be sure to include Hermione’s parents, Viktor’s family, Ginny, Ron, Harry, and Fleur. (And anyone else you can think of, but those are some of my faves to include)

Luna Lovegood/Ginny Weasley: Best friends, troublemakers, and two of the main generals for Dumbledore’s Army during Hogwarts under the Carrows. They’ve shared so much joy and grief and I just want to wrap them both in a hug. Their friendship is extremely important to me, and them falling in love or showing them in an established romance would just make me happy-sigh all over the place.

• Maybe post-Hogwarts, Luna’s writing for the Quibbler but she also adds a brand-new sports section, devoted solely to the Holyhead Harpies. It might be biased, since it’s really a Ginny fan-column, but the readers love it anyway!
• Ginny and Luna going back to school for that year after the war, struggling with whether or not it’s really worth it. They have a lot of positive memories in those halls, but so many negative ones too, and part of that struggle would be if they could really help make it feel like a safe place once again for the new class of first years.
• Ginny’s learned about Muggle cryptids and is very excited about whether these could be previously undocumented magical creatures, so recruits Ginny for a month-long exploration into parts unknown! (Feel free to use whatever cryptid you might like, or dig into the lore to figure out what a Muggle sighting of magical creatures might look like, or make up your own entirely!)
• A holiday party at the Burrow! Please show me Luna interacting with the entire Weasley family, and them all loving and teasing Ginny’s girlfriend. I love the Burrow and the Weasleys, please give me happy family feels.

Neville Longbottom/Luna Lovegood/Ginny Weasley: They’ve always been friends, and despite being in different years and Houses I feel like they really came together in Dumbledore’s Army. Give me Neville growing into an awkward hunk and hero after the war, give me Luna and Ginny as their own celebrities outside of Harry’s shadow. Maybe Neville’s always nursed a crush on Ginny since she agreed to be his date for the Yule Ball, maybe Luna took him under her wing despite being younger and helped tutor him, maybe Ginny just got tired of both her best friends fancying her and trying so-gently not to get in each other’s way that she finally just yells “Fine, let’s all date!” and it works out incredibly well!

• I am in love with all of them pursuing their very different careers after Hogwarts, with Ginny as a professional Quidditch player and Neville the professor and Luna the magizoologist, but all taking the time to reconnect during the holidays and exchanging long love letters even when they’re apart.
• A cute date night at home, them all cooking together and teasing each other over school crushes. Extra bonus points for Neville being super bi and Ginny laughing because they all had a crush on Cedric at some point.
• The Molly Weasley Christmas package, with sweaters for all of them and maybe Mrs Weasley gently, lovingly hinting that she would love grandchildren someday, and she doesn’t care whether Luna or Ginny bear them or if they adopt! 100% supportive and loving mother.
• Christmas at the Burrow!!! All of Ginny’s family is 100% supportive, including Ron, even if Ron tries to bluster at Luna and Neville both about being nice to his little sister, before Harry or Hermione roll their eyes and make him knock it off.

Cho Chang/Fleur Delacour: I feel like they’re both terribly underrated characters, and during/after the Triwizard Tournament they would have had all sorts of reasons to meet and keep in touch. Fleur was on good terms with Cedric and would have been very aware of Cho as Cedric’s girlfriend, and maybe Cho and Gabrielle ended up hitting it off during the meet-and-greet as hostages for the second challenge. Fleur could have reached out to penpal Cho after Cedric’s death, and when she came back to work at Gringott’s she continued penpalling and visiting Cho to improve her English. Just please don’t phonetically write out Fleur’s accent the way they do in the books!

• Maybe Cho visits Fleur in France, they do some sight-seeing and cute magical touristy things? Or maybe it’s Fleur’s way of reaching out, inviting Cho away for the summer to help mend the grief after Cedric’s death?
• What if Cho was the one attacked by Greyback, and Fleur and Cho have that beautiful, heartfelt conversation about how looks never mattered anyway
• Completely rewrite the canon! What if Cho was Fleur’s date for the Yule Ball? Give me two gorgeous ladies helping each other doll up, dancing in their dress robes, and the envy and admiration of their classmates!

Fleur Delacour/Nymphadora Tonks: My very first Harry Potter F/F ship!!!! Please don’t let Tonks die, please let them live happily ever after! They both have innate appearance-based magic, and I would love them pointing out that Tonks could look more conventionally lovely but she’s more comfortable in her own skin (even when that skin’s changing), and talking about how looks do/don’t matter. Maybe they’re bonding over secret Order of the Phoenix business, maybe Tonks is training Fleur, maybe Tonks has been overcome with an inexplicable and overwhelming urge to improve her French, I just want lots of smooching. And please don’t phonetically write Fleur’s accent the way they do in the books!

• Fleur is grace and beauty in every step, and Tonks is… not. Perhaps Fleur tries to teach Tonks to dance, or Moody assigns Feur to tutor Tonks in stealth?
• Roommates!!! I love domestic fic, and them sharing a tiny apartment and having to navigate Fleur’s stockings slung over the back of a chair and Tonks’ haphazard boots and dirty dishes and making chore lists is completely my jam. :’)
• Extra bonus points for Tonks having butch and/or nb feels, because what even is ‘gender’ for someone who can completely alter their appearance to suit their whim?
• If you choose to write smut, I would love if Tonks is overly gentle and cautious at first, afraid of breaking or bruising her gorgeous girlfriend, until Fleur laughs and ups the rough and playful.

 

Horizon: Zero Dawn: I love this beautiful setting, how bright and colorful it is and how all the lore just peeks around the edges! I love how even after humanity nearly destroys itself, there’s growth and hope and cultures and people finding their own meanings, picking up the scraps of what came before them and using it to rebuild. I haven’t played Frozen Wilds at this time though and would appreciate no spoilers or references to the DLC. :)

Aloy/Petra Forgewoman: I absolutely love Petra, and love that cheerful Oseram bluntness and how quickly she and Aloy take to one another. She makes some of the best toys and Aloy is just the person to help her test them out! Also, I love women with muscles. :’)

• Aloy ‘not of the Nora’ comes from a culture with rather different courtship customs than the Oseram, except… well, she was an outcast and didn’t grow up with the classic Nora traditions anyway. Maybe Petra’s trying to woo her in Nora fashion, they both get thoroughly confused, and Petra just gives up and gives it the same blunt approach that serves her well in life!
• Petra’s flirtation at inopportune moments is amazing, please give me lots of teasing banter. :’)
• Honestly just give me Petra giving Aloy a lovely bridal-carry!!!
• *cough* If anyone is going to make post-apocalyptic sex toys, it would be Petra. Right? Right.

Aloy/Talanah: I absolutely love their dynamic and how Talanah’s taken Aloy under her wing, and would love to see more of Talanah’s reforms in the Hunter’s Lodge and going on great adventures with Aloy! Whether they’re enjoying the fancy quarters that come courtesy of being the Sunhawk or camping it rough while hunting legendary machines, I think they’d be such fun!

• If you want to be a bit more bittersweet, perhaps they visit the graves of those they’ve lost, both Talanah’s family and Rost? They could hold each other and address the dead, make the introductions they wish they could have had
• I really enjoyed the trophy hunting, and would enjoy a fic focusing on one of their hunts!
• Perhaps Talanah has been ‘encouraged’ to get married in order to keep her inheritance (curse you Carja traditions!!!) and Aloy suggests they get married. Maybe Talanah thinks she’s joking, maybe it prompts an honest discussion about their feelings, maybe it’s just an excuse for them to get dressed up in Carja wedding silks!

Aloy/Vanasha: Vanasha is gorgeous, clever, cunning, and that six-pack? Oh!!! And just because the war has ended doesn’t mean that there isn’t work for a spy. Or maybe it’s finally a chance for Aloy to learn who Vanasha really is, under all the masks and roles?

• Vanasha and Aloy take a rare chance to just visit an open-air market and eat fruit, or take a moment for a quiet date
• Aloy’s a mighty hunter, but Vanasha has some tricks of her own! They could spend time sparring or wrestling, the rough-housing turning into a more physical intimacy.
• Vanasha has a soft spot for Itamen, and I can see Aloy joining Vanasha for training lessons, watching over the young boy.

Overwatch: I am fully aware this is a game with a shoestring plot, but I love how bright and vibrant the characters are! I especially love stories that focus on team dynamics and found families, and if you can work in their friendships as well as romantic ships, I'd be ecstatic!

Widowmaker | Amélie Lacroix/Mei-Ling Zhou: I'm aware that they’re a rare pair but just! Imagine with me, the cold-blooded killer who thinks she can't feel anything, and the scientist who never minds the cold anyway. (Believe me, I'm trying my hardest to resist the Frozen reference.) I see a lot of possibilities for them, especially because Mei is one of the members of Overwatch who gets to approach Amélie as she is, as Widowmaker, rather than Amélie as she was before Talon.

• Hot summer day, cold popsicle girlfriend. Mei is melting in the heat, but Amélie feels so nice to cuddle up against.
• Something sweet and hopeful (and maybe a little bitter) after Widowmaker is captured by Overwatch, but finds it difficult to adjust back to her ‘old friends’ and everything unfamiliar all over again. Amélie and Mei strike up an unlikely friendship that leads to more. (Bonus points for Ana tentatively approving, or Hana gossiping with Mei and trying to play matchmaker for her best friend!)
• If you want to go pure smut, I would really love Mei as a gentle and attentive rope top, and Amélie finding comfort in constraint. Lovely attention to decorative bondage and harnesses worn under clothing would be delightful!
• AU idea: Mei is conducting research in a remote location, and Widowmaker is the local cryptid. After hearing the rumors and finding mysterious evidence of Widowmaker’s presence, Mei discovers her. (Or is discovered!) Please feel free to make cryptid!Widowmaker as monstrous as you'd like, I love monster girlfriends! (Also bonus if Lena’s the one blowing up Mei’s phone with details on the latest cryptid sightings!)

Aleksandra "Zarya" Zaryanova/Mei-Ling Zhou: TEAM BUFF AND FLUFF! TEAM RUSSIAN WINTER!!!! I love these two for their exuberance and altruism and I absolutely ship them, believe it! Plus I appreciate attention to their very different body types. :’)

• Winter girlfriends cuddled up and sipping hot drinks!
• Mei and Zarya would be such cute gym buddies! Mei could help spot Zarya, or maybe they’re distracting each other with how cute they are! (Please no “Mei is trying to lose weight” stories or subplots though!)
• Zarya carrying Mei piggyback as they go hiking or are out somewhere!
• I can also see Mei very excitedly taking Zarya to a museum, and even if Zarya doesn't like the museum, she loves how enthusiastic Mei is!
• Something cute (and maybe warmly sincere) as they discuss why they've chosen mission names so close to their real names. Do they think of themselves as not ‘really’ heroes? Is it harder to compartmentalize that way? Or is it just easier to remember?
• Or if you want pure smut… Mei as a very sweet and loving rope top? (I have this very specific headcanon, I admit it!) It's a lot of mutual trust and tenderness as Zarya cooperates, and Mei makes something sturdy enough even the mighty Zarya can't break! (And then maybe some forced orgasms from Zarya’s favorite vibrator!)

Lena "Tracer" Oxton/Mei-Ling Zhou: They’re both women out of time, with Lena’s personal chronology flipping back and forth and Mei having essentially shot herself into a future she doesn’t recognize. I’d love them connecting over that same sense of disconnection, whether that’s sharing snippets of popular songs, hot drinks, or visiting museums together.

• It’s canon that Lena’s a huge fan of Mei’s and vice versa, so maybe they’re geeking out and fangirling about each other until finally their friends push them together and tell them to kiss already, geez!
• A lovely hiking trip in the mountains! Toasting marshmallows, stargazing, plus maybe cuddling together to stay warm… :’)
• Smut: I imagine Lena as a very squirmy, very noisy bottom, and Mei is challenged to find something that will keep her wriggler still!!! And maybe (teasingly) threatening to put an oversized toy in her ass if she won’t stay quiet…. Unfortunately, that’s less of a deterrent and more of a treat for Lena! ;)

Mei-ling Zhou/Angela "Mercy" Ziegler: Nerd girlfriends!!!! They’re both doctors (MD, PhD, so… yes….) and I love them geeking out together or sitting down and reading journals. They kiss, they smooch, they are so wonderful.

• Museums, hiking… I know I keep repeating this across the different prompts, but I think it would be so much fun!

College AU: undergrad roommates, bonding over such trials and tribulations as 7am classes, the annoyances of Greek row (“We’re here to STUDY, not to party!”), and the woes of cafeteria food!

Smut: I hc that Mercy is more of a switch than Mei, so maybe some kink discussions? Or they could play-flirt about which of their teammates they’d love to team up on!

Parks and Recreation: this is such a silly, optimistic show. I love how even when people are frustrating, Leslie’s sheer enthusiasm and goodwill carries through, and I love her friendship with Ann!

Leslie Knope/Ann Perkins: Their friendship and the way Leslie adores Ann (beautiful Ann!) just gives me life.

• Leslie plans the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER for Ann??? Or maybe the perfect date night, and otherwise just giving it the same Leslie Knope energy she does everything else!
• Remember that dinner where Leslie wore a suit, Ann wore a dress, and everyone thought they were dating? Yeah? I sure do! What if Leslie caught on and decided to set things right by officially asking Ann out?
• Leslie is remarkably clueless about looking for gay women’s bars, so keeps taking Ann back to The Bulge… until Ann finally (kindly) takes her to some other innuendo-named bar for a proper girls’ night out!

Leslie Knope/Ann Perkins/Chris Traeger/Ben Wyatt: I love all of them in different ways, I love the dynamics and the way they could love and support on another as a big polyam family! I think there is a lot of room to explore the way the different dyads interact too.

• What’s a day at home like for the Knope-Perkins-Traeger-Wyatt family? Who cooks, who does laundry, who takes out the trash, who gets the groceries, who fusses with the shower squeegee, who unclogs the sink…. I’m a sucker for slice of life domesticity and everyone having warm fuzzy feelings.
• Some sort of silly chain of sick-fic, where one person gets sick and everyone else fusses over them… then another person gets sick and the others fuss over them, and it goes through all four of them. I’m hoping more for giggles with this!

Stardew Valley: For a game that doesn’t have a lot of actual story, I am really emotionally invested in the townspeople’s lives and making sure everyone lives warm and happy. It’s just a sweet, fundamentally hopeful and daydreamy game and I adore it. Please note that I play with the diversity mod though, so I’d prefer to read that reflected in the characters. This includes Penny as trans.

I would prefer no smut for this fandom, so please nothing beyond a T rating!

Penny/Maru: Science girlfriends!!!! I feel like Penny would love being around Maru’s family, especially as they seem much closer than her and her mom, and Penny and Maru both share an interest in learning about the world around them and they sit together on the bench together sometimes anyway… *dreamy sigh* So maybe some ideas?

• Penny invites Maru as a guest speaker for her students, and Maru shows off something really cool with her robots or astronomy lessons!
• Maru invites Penny to go stargazing, it’s utterly romantic and schmoopy
• Girls’ movie night with ice cream and makeup and doing each other’s nails. :’) Bonus points if it starts out with the other girls of Pelican Town, but everyone drifts off or falls asleep and it’s just Maru and Penny left awake and holding hands.
• Maru is looking at continuing her education at university, or maybe accepting a research position. Penny is afraid this means that Maru will be leaving her behind, or might find someone ‘better,’ and Maru reassures her… or maybe invites Penny to come with?

I would prefer Pam’s alcoholism be toned down or absent in this fic, and no references to child abuse or neglect.

Sunless Sea: This game is so dark and atmospheric and I love the sense of wonder and mystery, how the world is this hostile place full of incredible horror but also strange beauty. I prefer nb or female Zee Captains for the ships. :)

Nacreous Outcast/Zee Captain: I love the idea of the Zee Captain drawn by the strangeness of the Outcast, and those very, very specialized tastes. (*cough* tentacles *cough) I also love the idea that the Outcast in frightened adoration of the Zee Captain because depending on playthrough, this is someone fierce and cunning and ruthless, who would rather lose their final match against the Principles than see the Outcast dissolved, or who (perhaps even more scarily) chooses to win, and then to take back their Outcast from the Fathom-King. I also know the game uses ‘it’ pronouns for the Outcast, and the Outcast is a Rubbery Man, but I tend to hc that their race is ‘men’ more because that’s what outsiders refer to them as, rather than the pronouns that they themselves choose. I also realize that I tend to write of the Nacreous Outcast and Nacreous Survivor interchangeably, so substitute as you please.

• Give me that fear and terror and wonder and strangeness, and the realization that while the Outcast may be the more more monstrous on the outside, the Captain’s the one who invokes true terror. It’s a fierce and all-consuming passion, and the Captain may love the Outcast— strangely, fiercely, possessively— and the Outcast knows what it means to be possessed, to serve and love and obey.
• Tentacles!!! Look there are definitely tentacles involved some which way and I just want to see them!!!!
• If you would rather go more slice of (strange) life, perhaps dinner in the captain’s quarters, or a dinner with the crew? No matter how discreet they are, the rest of the crew have eyes, and suspicions (friendly ones, but still suspicions!) about their Captain and the Outcast.

Pirate-Poet/Zee Captain: Rivals to lovers and a healthy amount of respect and also she gosh-darn big??? I love the Pirate Poet and her entire questline! Please give me more of he poetry and tattoos, what it means to have words of command and words chosen, what it means to (literally) write your own choices and accomplishments rather than obey another. Give me rough and tender and passionate, plus emphasize that size difference!

• Poetry! The Poet reciting her own verses, or perhaps the Captain tenderly reading her skin.
• The Pirate-Poet is a rumor and a legend aboard the seas, but the Captain is making a name for themself too! I’d love to read something about the Poet’s perspective on her Captain’s growing fame, and if that inspires more poetry.
• They’ve fought many times, to the point that now rattling swords and pistols is more a matter of formality than anything else. Maybe they just spar for the joy of it now, or decide to grapple instead?

I generally prefer F/F, nb/F, and F/M ships if gender isn’t specified in the prompt. I also admit my mind goes smutty for most of these, but I’m happy with fluff and laughter too! And as an Asian-American fan in fandoms that tend to skew very white, I also appreciate characters and backgrounds that don’t treat white as the default. :)

Butch Space Mercenary/Butch Space Mercenary: I love space opera!!! How do they meet? Are they in an established relationship? Rivals, comrades in arms, a chance meeting in a dingy bar? What’s their story?

• I just love butch women! Some mutual admiration of each other’s bodies, flirtation and affection would be nice!
• Who said they both have to be human? :p I’d love alien/human action too, with emphasis on xeno kink and a more alien perspective on beauty. Extra bonus for non-human senses, size differences, and/or tentacles.
• Action! Lasers zapping, or maybe in a chase on a space flight! Whether they’re fighting strange animals on an unknown planet, a brawl at the local bar, or competing in an arm-wrestling contest, I like a nice adventure story.
• Bonus: zero-G sex!

Cryptozoologist/Cryptid: I love the idea of the cryptozoologist lost or stranded in the wilderness, and the cryptid rescues them… but only after the cryptozoologist already lost their camera or used up all their film. Their phone is out of juice too, so they have no way of documenting this encounter at all, even if the cryptid let them! But that’s okay, they can spend that time getting to know one another. ;)

• The cryptid is entirely up to you, whether you want to use an established cryptid or make up your own lore, but I would love emphasis on the xeno aspects and the cryptid being much larger than the human.
• So if humans tell stories about cryptids, what stories do cryptids tell about humans? I’m imagining them huddled over a campfire, whispering back and forth. Play it straight, or maybe the cryptid is just pulling the human’s leg. :P
• Cuddling to stay warm, because the cryptozoologist lost their equipment and certainly the cryptid won’t let them freeze to death!
• Heck, make it a fully consensual happy orgy or gangbang, where there’s a duo, trio, or moresome of cryptids interested in pleasuring the interesting human. Sex pollen, mating season, maybe the cryptids can smell human arousal and the human is embarrassingly turned on by them, idk. Paper-thin excuse for smut, I know.

Female Atheist Space Mercenary/Minor Goddess: To be quite honest, I have no idea how this would work but I found the nomination so intriguing! Does the mercenary have to take shelter in an abandoned temple? What’s the role of faith in the far future? How does the atheist react to tangible, visible proof of a divine entity? Just how powerful is a ‘minor’ goddess? Or do we accept the idea that divine beings are a different species entirely, inhabiting a space tangential to our own? Some other ideas:

• It’s been a long time since the goddess has been worshiped, much less thought about outside of a footnote in a theology text. Even the mercenary acknowledging her existence is a step up, so the goddess bestows the status of ‘paladin’ on the atheist mercenary. Hijinks ensue!
• The mercenary is pretty sure she’s dreaming this whole thing, or maybe just delusional or hallucinating. What does the goddess have to do to prove her existence?
• Maybe it’s lonely to be divine, to be on a pedestal or to be the last of a pantheon. Maybe the goddess is hungry for human contact, and anxious to prolong the mercenary’s stay in her temple.

Gothic Romance Vampire/Monstrous Vampire: I love vampire stories, and am a huge sucker for exploring the different types of monsters and how they compare. I especially love the idea that just because one might be more outwardly dangerous doesn’t mean the other isn’t just as terrifying, and the ways they struggle (or don’t) to hold on to their humanity. Mild bloodplay is okay for this ship, but please no gore.

• How do they meet? Halloween party? Were they competing for best costume, then sharing angry mutters over how some sparkly twink in fishnets stole first place? Or were they hunting the same victim, and then got so indignant over “hey, that was MINE!” that their prey escaped? Or is there some vamp 4 vamp personal site? I prefer humor over horror for this.
• Give me ridiculous, silly slice of life domesticity for these two. Roommates!
• “Psst, there’s only one coffin. Can we share?”

Post-apocalyptic vampire/Post-apocalyptic vampire hunter: What do vampires look like in the post-apocalypse? How do they adapt? What if the rules have changed in this new world, and humans are rare enough that vampires need to protect them from other threats in order to maintain a safe blood supply? What could lead to a vampire and a hunter working together?

• Maybe there’s a more ‘evil’ group of vampires and the two characters have to team up to take them down!
• Maybe it just seems a bit silly to worry about vampires now when humans managed to destroy the world pretty thoroughly themselves.
• Maybe the vampire was originally the hunter’s partner, before getting turned.
• I would love some rough, primal sex, something emphasizing the way that hungers bleed into one another, appetite and lust.

Queen of Magical Land of Rainbows and Happiness/Evil Sorceress Who Kind Of Digs It Despite Herself: I have no idea how this would work but it delights me and sounds wonderfully cracky! I imagine something like an Classic Disney Evil Sorceress plopped into someplace like Candyland, and finding it impossible to be a villain because everyone is just so gosh-darn NICE to her!

• Perhaps the magical land of rainbows and happiness is under attack, and the queen turns to the sorceress in her hour of need… and the sorceress sighs and realizes that sometimes, being ‘evil’ just means doing the unpleasant things that no one else wants to take responsibility for, so she destroys the enemy in a suitably dramatic way.
• The sorceress tries to maintain her edge, turning to increasingly ridiculous cartoon levels of villainy (“schedule a puppy-kicking at 2pm, followed by using up all the toilet paper and not replacing the roll!”) before being recruited to doing Good Deeds (™) with the queen.
• Perhaps the queen is a sorceress in her own right, but their power sources are very different. Perhaps the rules of magic work differently in the queen’s land, which is part of why all the sorceress’ attempts at evil go sideways.
• Inspo: Rihanna’s S&M (“I may be bad but I’m perfectly good at it”)

Regency Lizard Monster Coffee Shop Owner/Down-on-His-Luck Aristocrat: This is so intriguing to me! I love monsters, I have no idea what a regency monster coffee shop setting would bring, but I am down for it! I would prefer a nb or female lizard monster, and again, please emphasize the monstrous and weird and wacky and wonderful. I would also enjoy a lady or nb aristocrat if you want to tweak the genders for the prompt!

• The aristocrat does not drink alcohol, so frequently finds themself pouring out their troubles to the sympathetic coffee shop owner. Do they get advice? A job?
• Maybe they don’t meet in a coffee shop at all! Maybe they meet at a fancy gala, where the aristocrat may have title and lineage but the monster has money, and the aristocrat’s family is encouraging them to marry their way out of financial trouble!
• Perhaps the aristocrat has always had somewhat exotic tastes… and completely embarrasses themself when caught staring luridly at the new owner of their favorite coffee shop. Surely they can recover from this gaffe?

Small Dominant Woman/Large Submissive Man: I love this set-up, I am completely unashamed. I would prefer human lady, and the man doesn’t have to be. ;) Please play up the size differences and size kink!

• Kinks: gosh gosh gosh, I would love bondage, over the knee spanking, pegging, nipple clamps, dildos, collars, and/or cunnilingus. I also like PIV or anal with the woman receiving, but again, want her to be dominant and don’t want penetration conflated with submission. I love sweet and playful, I love a big dude on his knees and absolutely worshiping his smaller partner, I love fresh starts and established relationships and all sorts of things that hit the major kinks! Plus here are some more prompts if you would like scenarios.
• Lady warrior meets a big buff orc dude and like HOT DANG he’s head over heels for a lady that can kick his ass!
• Apparently there is an entire alien species of Noble Warrior Dudes… and then there’s this awkward nerdy science geek, who might be small for his species but is pretty dang big compared to a human. A human woman was assigned as his bodyguard, cultural liaison, or maybe just joined the same study group at Space University and is very, very interested in getting to know him better.
• Who does the big buff werewolf turn to when he needs his tummy rubbed? His girlfriend the dog trainer/groomer, obviously. :P (Please no sex in full animal form! Wolfman is good, wolf is not!)
• Honestly I just love Them Big (and maybe slightly monstrous!) so just about any scenario you want to write with this will make me grin.

Winter Witch/Spring Witch: I think this could be such a lovely concept! I love witches and magic and am excited to read whatever you come up with! Some ideas:

• When the winter witch’s power fades, the spring witch’s grows. Their power shifts with the seasons, and it could be sweet to watch them navigate that dynamic and take more responsibility/control for things at different times of the year.
• I would love to see emphasis on the changing of the seasons, and since I live in California (and have seen snow only a grand total of four times in my life!!!!) I am equally enchanted by a) loving descriptions of the snowy winter landscape, or b) something that thumbs it nose entirely at the conventional winter tropes and instead focuses on things that we silly humans focus on to signal the changing seasons, like pumpkin spice lattes or malt chocolate eggs!
• Cute witchy girlfriends curled up in the library together, or maybe working on a spell!

Minotaur/Female Human: I admit this completely dovetails with my small dominant woman/large submissive man prompt because gosh, I just love how there are so many ways to spin this scenario. Plus what if it’s a lady minotaur? Monster/human femslash loving too! I would definitely appreciate emphasis on size difference and size kink. (Please no ‘ride the bull’ jokes, I got enough of those from Dragon Age! :P)

• Mazes, monsters, and adventure: what if the minotaur’s lost, and the female adventurer was sent to rescue them? What if the human was lost or seeking a treasure, and the minotaur’s their guide?
• I am in love with the idea of a minotaur librarian with little spectacles, navigating the labyrinthine depths of a badly-organized library! The human could be a mage who’s enlisted the minotaur’s aid for their latest research! (Bonus for the human getting eaten out on the minotaur’s desk and being told to keep it down because HUSH, they’re in a LIBRARY)
• The minotaur’s injured after the latest batch of dumbass jerks calling themselves ‘heroes’ tried to invade their home and left string everywhere, and the local healer woman nurses them back to health. Gratitude is shown appropriately!
