May Goals; a little late, but eh!
May. 12th, 2020 10:07 amI realize that I haven’t posted any kind of writing goals for a while, mostly because ‘finish Danse Does Vegas’ is a marathon, not a sprint. I like the structure of having goals, but at the same time with everything going on in the world right now, it feels ridiculous to give myself the extra stress about trying to finish a creative checklist, right?
But! Danse Does Vegas is up to 42k words and in its 3rd draft, and I need something to motivate me out of longfic hell.
So some very mild and easy creative goals that will (hopefully) keep me inspired and excited:
Here is a poll with some of the fanfic ideas that are tumbling around my brain, though I am terrible at actually following the results. The poll is more so I can list out what ideas are interesting me at the moment, and hopefully pin one down long enough to finish!
The poll will run until May 17, or more realistically, whenever I remember to stop it.

- Do 1 writing exercise from Steering the Craft per week
- Finish polishing the 3rd draft of Danse Does Vegas, and send it back to my beta before the end of the month
- Write 1 short fanfic, whether or not I post it
